Join us to celebrate Our World: Worldwide Day of Play, a day dedicated to experiencing joyful learning through play! With the unveiling of our new Food Truck exhibit, we invite you to explore, create with chalk art, and enjoy various ways to play and express yourself through face painting, costume parades, bubble dance parties, and more!

Food Truck Exhibit Debut
The Cayton is Cooking Up Something Fresh!
Our brand-new Food Truck exhibit, Surfside Café, inspired by LA’s famous food truck scene, is a fun twist on our original café space. Jump into a hands-on, experience that’s all about helping, creating, and connecting with our community. Donated by Deborah and Ivan Kallick, it’s the perfect place to explore, play, and grow—one pretend taco at a time!

Floor is Lava

Get ready to hop, skip and jump! We will spin a color wheel, and wherever it lands, hop into action and jump to the color. Be careful to land on the colors, because the floor is lava!
Scavenger Hunt

Hunt down hidden clues throughout the museum for a special prize!
